a.nd the right-of-ways and tracks of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy
Railroad Company; the Chicago Great Weatern Railway Company; a.nd the
Chicago, Nlilwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Ra.ilroad Co�pany in the City of
St. Faul.
WI�REAS, The City of St. Fau1 a.nd the said Railroad Companies have mutually
agreed among themselves as to the division of work and costs ma,de necessary ,
to paint the structural steel of said brid.ge, per a�eement authorized under
Resolution, Council File No. 238�+53, ds.ted May 7, 1968; be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above-named improvement,
as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the same are hereby
approved; and be it i'tarther
RESOLVED, Tha.t the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed to advertise
for bids on this improvement.
