following paxticular, to-wit:
That part of Lot 2 of Jarvis T Subdivision of Lot No. 3 of Bass'
Addition of Out Lots to St. Pau1, that part of Westminster Street
vacated, those parts of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of Grey and Cobbs
Subdivision of Lot No. �6 in BassT Addition of Out Lots to Saint Paul,
those parts of Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7 in Block 2 of Bohrer's Addition to
St. Paul, Minn. , those parts of Lots 7 and 8 in Block 1 of Bohrer's
Addition to St. Paul, Minn., that part of Lot H, Soo Line Plat Number
7, and that part of Bohrer Court vaeated lying within the following
describect.lines: Commencing at the �oint of int.ersection of the _�_
center line of University �Avenue and the hereinafter described line �
designated as rTLine Art; thence westerly along the center li.ne of '
University Avenue a distanee of 151.02 feet to a point; thence nor-
ther¢ly at a right angle a distance of 30 feet to the north line of
