The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of th� Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and havirig considered said report, hereby resolves: '

; 1. That the said r�eport and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ' ,
2. That the nature of the improvement.whicli the Council recommends is
' to reconstruct the sidewalk on the south side of Ivy Ave. from Sazel St. to Curne St.
and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said im-
. provement, except. where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist. �
' with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is � 3:25 per lin. ft. for 5' walk
per n. ft. for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on sa,id improvement on the 5th day of
June, 1968 � ; , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the �ity of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
, sa,id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and plac� of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
