RESOLVED, That Application K-2018 for the transfer of On
Sale Liquor License No. 7410, expiring January 31 , 196g, issued
to Joey� s, Inc, at 7 - g West Seventh Street, be and the same is
hereby transferred to Prime , Inc . at the same address on the
condition that within 60 days of this date said Prime, Inc. shall
comply with all requirements of the Bureaus of Fire, Health and
Police and the License Inspector pursuant to the Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code a.nd all other applicable ordinances and laws; and be
it
FUR,THER RESOLVED, That Joey' s, Inc, shall remain on said
license for collateral security purposes only as its interest may �
appear; a.nd be it
