RESQLVID, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract to LACKTORIN BROS. CULTURED SOD FA.RMS for furnishing
and delivering BLACK DIRT & SOD to the City of Saint Paul and/or Ramsey County, Saint

� Paul, Minnesota, to Various Departments as ordered, for the year 1968 for the contract
price of approximately $11,140.00, at unit prices bid, in accordance with bid
specifications and the Formal Bid �2815 of said Lacktorin Bros. Cultured Sod Farms,
such bid being the lowest and said Lacktorin Bros. Cultured Sod Farms being a reasonable
and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and herebq is directed to draft the
proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials are hereby authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
