under F.O. 218072 and for benefYts of�he grading and surfa.cing of
Winthrop St.� so constructed under F.O. 218560, and
WI�REAS� the total amount of assessment for both of the above �
described improvements upon the above described descriptions wa.s
$12,844.25� and
WI�REA�S� this amount was pa3d in flz11 by the Wieneseh Construction
Co.� and was so accepted by the Finance Department of St. Paul� and
said Ca�rpai�y was in fact liable only for $5�170.89 of the tota,l amount
of $12�844.25; now, therefore� `be it
RESOZVED, that the Council of �he City of St. Paul instruct the
City Cvmptroller to prepaxe-a refl�nd of $7,673.36 payable to the
Wienisch Construction Co., 44b5 N. Oakland, Shorewood, Wisconsin.
