RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for or reasonably incidental to the general construction of picnic shelters
at Highland Park, Newell Park and Indian �Mounds Park, Saint Paul, Minnesota to
KARL DEDOLPH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY for the contract price of $15,400.00, in accordance
with city plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #2829 of
said Karl Dedolph Construction Company, such bid being the lowest and said Karl Dedolph
Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
