Coc�ittee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the
City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works - Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, �ao Streamlined Street Flushers - Rosco Mode1 MTA (3),
to RUFFRIDGE-JOHNSON EQUIPMENT COi�.'ANY, INC. for the contract price of $10,049.00, in
accordance with City Specifications therefor and the Formal Bid ��2834 of said Ruffridge-
Johnson Equipment Company, Inc., such bid being the lowest and said bidder being a
reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to
draft the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contracts on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
