WHEREAS, pursuant to Council File No. 235125, approved
September 21, 1967, the property at 582-592 Concordia was determined
to harbor a nuisance and the cost of abating said nuisance was re-
ferred to the County Auditor to be charged against said property;
and
WHEREAS, the nuisance therein charged was in fact located at
the vacant lot between said addresses of 582 Concordia and 592
Concordia; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That Resolution of the Council, Council File No.
235125 approved September 21, 1967, is hereby amended in the following
particulars:
That the property described therein as 582-592 Concordia is
amended to read
the vacant property located between 582� and 592
Concordia in the City of Saint Paul (for which
the owne� is Rhodalphus Ellis) _. "
and be it
� FURTHER RESOLVED, That the County Auditor is requested to
� remove from the assessment rolls the cost of abating the nuisance
o c� . at the property described 582-592 Concordia and to assess the cost
� � o for the abatement of said nuisance against the property concerned,
