Resolved, That upon the petition of
the Minnesota Historical SoMety and
the State of Minnesota, by its Depart-
ment of Administration, those sections
of public street hereinafter described
be and the same hereby aze vacated
and tliscontinued as a publlc street:
That part of Ramsey Street encum-
bering pai�t o4 Lots'11,12,13-and 14,
Block 28,Rice and Irvine's addition
to Saint Paul, �ying northeasterly
of a line 21 feet distant from aad
parallel with the center line oE
Rsmcey Street as now located;
subject express�y to $he following con-
ditions and reservations:
1. �hat the vacation be subject to all
the-�erms and condition5 of Sec-
tion 228 of the Legislative Code,as
amended;
2. That a speciAc easement be re-
taiiied` to protect-the interests of
