have entered into an agreement dated April 21 , 1967, for cooperative

f�� � to Phase 2 of t�e said storm sewer system, (City ProJect S-1028 A2) and
for the improvement of LARPENTEUR AVENUE from 'East Shora Drive to White

� � WHEREAS, The County of Ramsey has received bids for said improvement and
WHEREAS, The �oard of Ramsey Cou�ty Commissioners has approved an award of
contract to the Northern Contract Company on its low bid of $386,229.62.
