WF�REA,S, an examina,tion for the position of "Engineering
Aide II" is being scheduled, and
Wl�REAS, investigation makes it evident that a suf�icient
eligible list ca,nnot be obtained from among the residents of the
City; and
WI�REAS,. it is deemed in the best interests of the City to
extend competition to persons living outside of the City; now
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the residence xequirements for admission to
the examination as provided in Section 10 D of the Civil Service
Rules axe hereby waived for the first exami.na.tion for '�Engineering
Aide II" to be held following the passa.ge of this resolution.
