C UNC RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
subject to all of the terms set out therein, the agreement between
the County of Ramsey and- State of Minnesota, providing for the
leasing by the State of County–owned land referred to as the
Preventorium Property, for a period of five (5) years from and
after July l, 1964, to the 30th day of Jun.e, 196g, be and hereby
is extended for an additional term of five (5) years, from and
after July l, 1969, subject to the expenditure by the State of the
sum of �23, 500.00, pursuant to the provisions of the 1967 Extra
Session Laws, Chapter 13, Subdivision 14; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint
Paul hereby concurs in the action taken by the Board of County
Commissioners of Ramsey County at its meeting of March 25, 1g68,
as set forth in its resolution, File No. 1571, Resolution No.
9-9139.
