sufficient eligible list cannot be obtained fram among
the residents of the City; and

City to extend co�petition to persons living outside of
the Ci�ty; naw therefore, be it -
RESOLVED, tha.t the residence requirements for admission
to the exa�aination as provided 3n Section 10 D of the Civil
Service Rules are hereby wa,ived for the fisst examination for
"Clerk-Stenographer IZI" to be held following the passage of
this resolution.
