WHEREAS, the City Architect has requested the City Council to
hold a public hearing to consider any complaints about the expense incurred �
by the City of Saint Paul in removing a dangerous structure located at
379 Livingston, more particularly described as the south one half of
� Lot 2, Block 23, Town of West Saint Paul; and
WHEREA5, it appears that the proper�Ly has been forfeited to the
State of Minnesota for non-payment of taxes, the last known record owner
of the property being the 5tate of Minnesota, and copies of Coun.ty Board
Resolution No. 9..8967 have been sent to the Raxnsey County Board and Land
Commissiorier for Ramsey County; and
WHEREAS, the County Board in and for Rams ey County, on
November 27, 1967, by Resolution No. 9..8967, d.id request the City of Saint
- ' Paul to take the necessary steps to wreck the building located at 379 Livingston
and further to assert the city�s claim for expenses incurred thereby in the
proper manner provided; now, therefore,
BE IT RE50LVED, that the City Council of the City of 5aint Paul
hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at 10 o'clock A, M. on the
7th day of May, 1968, to consider any complaints about the expense incurred
t,
by the City of 5aint Paul and to confirm the amount thereof;
FUR.THER RESOLVED, that the City Architect notify by mail the
County of Ramsey and the Land Comi.nissioner thereof as well as other
interested parties of record.
