The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report,�hereby resolves: �
� 1. That the said r�port and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
, is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. . __
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is -
j to condemn and �take an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills
including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof, __ -
occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and sur- �
' facing with bituminous material the alley in Brookvale 2nd Addition from Mississippi
St. to Westminster St. , in accordance with the blueprint hereto attached and made a
� part hereof, the hatched portions showing the cuts and the shaded portions �showing
