WHEREAS, Council File No. 233399, adopted and approved
May g, 1967, granted a Special IIse Permit to Skelly Oil Company
to co�truct a filling station at the southeast corner of White
Bear Avenue and Interstate No. 94, more particularly deseribed
as follows:
All that part of the S. W. %4 of Section 35 ,
Township 29 North, Range 22 West, described
as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner
of said S. W. %4 of section, thence north along
said west line 380.0 feet; thence south
89°22' 45" east parallel with the south line
of said S. W. %4, 97.74 feet to the point of
beginning of the land to be described; thence
north 3°25 ' 45" east, 121. 28 feet to a point
105.0 feet east of the west line of said S. W.
�/4; thence south 89°22' 45" east, parallel with
the south line of' said S. W. %4, 1g0.0 feet
more or less; thence south parallel with the
weat line of said S. W. �/4, 121 feet more or

WHEREAS, Skelly Oi-1 Company cannot initiate construction of
said st�ucture by the expiration date of such egtension; now, there—
fore, be it '
RESOLVED, That the life _of this permit be extended further
an additional ninety (g0) days.

Gentlemen: /
The Special Use Permit authorized by C. F. No. 233399 which
permits the construction of a filling station on the above described
property expired•luovember 13, 1967. Because of construction on
Interstate 94, they requested and were granted by the Council an
extension of this permit for 90 days on January 23, 1968.

They are again at this time requesting another 90-day extension,
as construction-of the interchange of I94 and White Bear Avenue
is not yet complete. ' � ,
It is the recomi.nendation of this department that the Council grant
their request, a copy of which is attached. .
