WHEREA5, the City Architect has requested the City Council to hold
a public hearing to consider the advisabi].:i.ty and necessity of the correction or
wrecking and removal of the single family dwelling at 419 North Western
Street, more particularly described as the North 56. 25 feet of Lot 1 and the
North 56. 25 feet of the East 13 feet of Lot 2, Block 7, Mackubin and Marshall's
addition to Sai.nt Paul, because said building is reported to constitute a
hazardous ;�tructure, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the I.ast known record own.er is the Twin
City Federal Savings and Loan Association; therefore, be it
RES OLV;ED, that a public hearing be held by and before the Council
of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the Court Hous e in s aid
city at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 2, ],968 to consider the advisability and
necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and removal of the structure
on the above described property because said structure is reported to
constitute a hazardous building and a hazard to pub]a.c health, safety�and
welfare; be it
FURTHER RFSOLVED, that the City Architect, on beha].f siof the
City Council., noti.fy by mail the record owner of the property in question at the
