of WINTHROP STREET, Margaret Street to Minnehaha Avenue and BEECH STREET, Winthrop

Street East to Cul-de-sac and WINTRROP STREET., Beech Street to Margaret Street, to

City Plans, specifications ancT Special Provisions therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid �2831 of said Robert W. Moore Co. , such bid being the lowest and said
Robert W. Moore Co. being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and- herebq is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul. •
