In the matter of condemning and taking a 30 foot wide permanent
sewer easement, on, under, across and through Phalen Park, the center line
of which is described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the, center
line of Forest Street and the center line of Sherwood Avenue in the City of
St. Paul , Ramsey County, Minnesota, thence deflecting northeast 66°00' from
the center line of Forest Street a distance of 200 feet more or less to the
westerly line of the existing 60 foot sewer easement running southeasterly
through Phalen Park and there terminating, under Preliminary Order 237757,
approved March 26, 1g68.
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be and the same are
hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all proceedings in such
matter discontinued.
