RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approve� the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and herby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or incidental to the repair and re-roofing of indicated
areas of roof at the Public Utilities Building at 100 East lOth Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, to THE QUIMBY COMPANY for the contract price of $1,174.00, in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid ��1941 of said
Quimby Company, such bid being the lower and said Quimby Company being a reasonable
and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and herebq is directed to draw up
the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are author-
,
ized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
