upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: .

2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is`

IVY AVENUE_ from.Arcade.Street to Forest- Street, in MENDOT9 STREET from Clear Avenue to _
Ivy�Avenue;''in L�NDOTA STREET from Cottage Avenue to Sherwood Avenue,- in SHERWOOD AVENUE
from Mendota Street to Forest Street, and in an EASEMENT (to be� obtained) through Phalen
