RESOLVED, That Council resolution, C. F. No. 23'7908,
approved April 4, 1968, granting permission and authority to Hoerner
Waldorf Corporation to construct a loading dock in a portion of
Myrtle Street pending adoption by the Council of the City of Saint
Paul of ordinance, C. F. No. 237884, be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the description of the location of said load-
ing dock to read as follows :
" . . . loading dock which would extend 25
feet north of the south line of Myrtle
Street and 146 feet west of the west
line of Pillsbury Avenue extended
southerly, within the corporate limits
of the City of Saint Paul. . . " ;
and that all the other terms and conditions contained in said resolu-
tion, C. F. No. 23'7g08, continue in full foree and effect.
