RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the furnishing and erection
of Steel Building for the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Sa3nt Paul,
at Vadnais Station, 55 Vadnais Boulevard, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55110, to BALCO
BUILDING SYSTEMS, INC., for the contract price of $10,375.00, in accordance °with
City glans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid �k2806 of
said Balco Building Systems, Inc., such bid being the lo�west and said Balco Building
Systems, Inc., being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authori�zed to execut� said contract on hehalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
