amount of $932.84 and a dispute exists as to the amount of damage caused
the City, and both the City and the parties 3,nvolved are desixous of
reSOlving their differences; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City off3cers are authorized to accept
$746.27 in full compromi$e settle�nent of the bill and to cancel the balance.
