WH8R8AS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment
for overtime work, and
WHBREAS, the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized avertime work
in his department during the period from Msrch 23, 1968 to April 5, 1968
therefore, be it
RESOLVBD, that the proper City Off icera are hereby suthorized to pay
the employees who perforan such overtime work in accordanae with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 6446 and No. 3250.
