WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul is iaformed by the
Commissioner of Public Safety that a nuisance exists on the property
located at ?36 Dayto� Avenue in the City of Saint Paul (for which the
owner is John Da�nahus, 711 Fairmount Avenue) , which nuisance constitutes
a hazard to the public health, welfare and safety; a�d
WHEREAS, Such nuisance more particularly ccasists of an accumulati�t
of refuse in the yard area and junk and debris mn the interior of the
garage, which harbors rodents, vermin, and other noxious animals and
things; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul, and Section 265.52 of the Sai.nt Paul Legialative Code 24 hours'
notice has been �ieen to the c�wner, occupant, or agent of such property
d�a�aading that such nuisance be removed; nar, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upa� the recommendation of the Commissio�er of Public
Safety the Com�nissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to snm�arily
a�d forth�+ith remove the said nuisance, the cost of such removal to be
charged against F�nd No. 0979; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Comnissicaier of Public Safety is directed
to asa:ertai.a the cast of such removal and to fo=ward the same to the
C�untq Auditar on or before October 1 of the year in which ascertained,
for collectio� in the same manner as taxes agaiast sai.d property.
