The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the repar� of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, �+�r�`eby'resol�es:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and �dopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of West Bing.'Street from O�io Street
to Charlton Street and by doing all other work which i�r:`necessary and incid�ntal
to complete said improvemectt, except where good and aulfficient poured sidevaalks
now �xist
