under Preliminaxy Order 237680 approve�l lYl�arch 20, �968
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said repoi�, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved arid adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to rec0aatruct the sidewalk oa both sides of Humbold� Avenue fro� Pege Street to
Cnrtice Street and by doing all other work which is ce�sary and incidental to
coaplete said improve�aent, except where good and su ficient poured sidewalks now
esist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 ver lin ft fo� 5' wide walk �

Resolved Further, That a public hearin� be had on said imp��►ement on the 7th , day of
Ma�, 1968 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M.,;iu the Council Chamber of the Court

House and City H�11 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the CQmmissioner of Finance give notice of `
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the �harter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast ther� as estimated.
