The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of th�e Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement ,
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council r�mmends is
to reconstrv,ct tbe aidewalk on the aortheaat side of •ttaWa Aveane fro� W�st
George S�ree� to Cherokee Avenue and by doing all •ttr� work which is aecessarq

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the ��h day of
Maq, 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., �n the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the �iarter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
