under Preliminary Order 237683 approved - March 20, 1968
The Council of the City of St. P�ul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said repor�' hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved atid adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered 'to be proceeded with. -
2. That the nature af the improvement which the Council �ecommends is
to rec�astruct the sidewalk on both sides of `Hague �±�enue frc�n Dualap Street
to Leicington Parkway and by doing all other work whi,ch is necessary aad incidental
to co�plete ssid improvement, except where good and -sufficient pvured sideWalks
�ow exist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ .,�•25 per lin ft for 5' wide walk
3.80 per lin ft for 6' �lde walk
Resolved Further, That a gublic hearing be had on said imp�vement on the 7th day of
I�ay, 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M.;_in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City af St. Paul. That the �nmissioner of Finance give notice of
said rneeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the-�haxter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost ther�EOf as estimated.
