under Preliminary?'Order �37355 approved FebruarT29., 1968
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of th�e Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report,: hereby resolves;
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council �eommends is
to improve FAIRVISW AVENtTE from Msrshall Avenue to Igleh�rt Avenue aad FAIRVISW AVENUE
;�`ro� a point approximately 74 feet nortt�erlq of the nortl� line of Shields Aveaue
to University Avenue bq widening, grading, paving and cui�bing; by constructing street,
alley and driveway returns; by constructing arid recaastr�ting sidevalks; by construct-
i�ng storm Water dreinage facilities; bq constructing sew+�r, water and gas aervice
connecti�ns; bq constructiag an ornanental lighting sqste�; by constructiag a traffic
control syste�; and by daiag all other work which is nec��sary and iacidental to
coe�plete said improvene,nt

Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 8th day of
I�av. 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.1VI., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, atating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
