WHEREAS, Hoerner Waldorf Corporation has requested per—
mission to construct a loading dock which would extend 25 feet
north of the north line of Myrtle Street and 146 feet west of the
west line of Pillsbury Avenue extended southerly, within the
corporate limits of the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, The construction of the loading dock as soon as
possible is a matter of extxeme urgency an.d necessity to said
Hoerner Waldorf Corporation; and
WIiEREAS, An ordinance, C. F. No. 237884, granting per—
mission to said Hoerner Waldorf Corporation to proceed with the
con.struction of said loading dock has been prepare� and introducec�
to the Council of the City of Saint Paul on April �, 196s, and has
been read before said Council, with eventual adoption set to occur
on April Y�;Y968; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED�That in view of the extreme urgency of the request,
the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed
to issue a permit to Hoerner Waldorf Corporation for the construction
of a loading dock which would extend 25 feet north of the north lin.e
of Myrtle Street and 146 feet west of the west lin.e of Pillsbury
Avenue extended southerly, within the corporate limits of the City
� of Saint Paul, subject to the same conditions and requirements as
set out in the ordinance, C. F. No. 237884, pending before the
Gouncil of the City of Saint Paul, informal approval of said con—
struction being hereby given. in anticipation of the final adoption
of said ordinance. .
