RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering FIRE HOSE to
the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Safety, Fire Station �8, Public
Safety Building, 201 East Tenth Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to WEBER d.
(at unit prices bid)
TROSETH, INC. for the contract price of $5351.50� in accordance with city p�ans
�
and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid 4k2766 of said
Weber d Troseth, Inc., such bid being the lowest and said Weber d. Troseth, Inc.
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
