therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing VITRIFIED CLAY SEWER PIPE AND MENOMONIE
CHIMNEY TOP BRICK to the City of Saint Paul, Departtnent of Public Works, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, during period from April 1, 1968 to March 31, 1969, to CORNIATG-DONOHUE,
INCORPORATED for the contract price of approximately $5,269.00 (at unit prices bid),
in accordance with City specifications therefor and the Formal Bid �279/� of said
Corning-Donohue, Incorporated, such bid being the lowest and said Corning-Donohue,
Incorporated being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and

hereby is authorized to draft the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City �
officials are hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
