RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Conm�ittee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering 240 Ft. - 78-inch
R. C.P. Class I9 to the City of Saint Paul, Water Department, Job Site located near
the intersection of County Road I and T. H. 35W, to ELK RIVER OONCRETE PRODUCTS for
the contract price of $10,228.80 (@ $42.62 Plf.), in accordance with City specifications
and the Formal Bid #2789 of said Elk River Concrete Products, such bid being the lowest
and said Elk River Concrete Products being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draft the proper form of contract
therefor and the proper City officials are hereby directed to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
