RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approved the award of the Contract Coc�aittee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the painting of Como Park
Zoo, Saint Paul, Minnesota, Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings to
SCHUMANN BROS. INCORPORATED for the contract price of $1,839.00, in accordance
with city plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid �2787 of said Schumann Bros. Incorporated, such bid being the lowest and
said Schumann Bros. Incorporated being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the >
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper forms of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
