WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has let bids for construction of residential street paving and lighting
as part of the 2004 Residential Street Vitality Program, and
WfiEREAS, this work was origina➢y adopted by City Council Resolution 03-1087, known as Log tiSU-6600816, and
WHEREA5, there is storm sewer and water main work assoeiated with these contracts, necessitating an
adjustment to the spending and fivancing for this pmgram, and
4VfiEREA5, Edgewater Boulevazd is being constructed under the Case-Ruth RSVP contract, which requires a transfer
of funding from that project to the 2004 Residential Street Vitality Prograzn, and
WHEREAS, $569,624 in assessment bond proceeds sold in 2003 for the Seventk�/Daly RSVP project, which was
delayed until 2004, need to be added to the 2004 Residential Street Vitality Program, so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor
and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $1,566,71729 is available
for appropriation in the 2004 Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended
by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets, in the following particulars:
