RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Award of the Minnesota
Industrial Commission dated March 20 , 1968 , Nicholas Bartone
be paid the sum of $2,412. 88 out of the Workmen's Compensation
Account of the Water Department Fund, for the City's propor-
tionate share of attorney's fees and costs incurred by employee
in obtaining a third party recovery, by reason of injuries
received in an accident of September 24, 1964, while employed
by the Board of Water Commissioners.
F�'RTHER RESOLVED, that for any additional me di:cal, hospital,
or compensation which might be due the employee, the employer shall
bear as its additional proportionate share thereof 34.155 , until
such time as employer's credit against future liability is exhausted
in the sum of $16 ,000 .00 .
