COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, By the Council of the Gity of Saint Paul, that
the Ken Yackel Summer Hockey School be granted the use of the
Auditorium ice from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon June 17 through June
30, July 8 through July 21, and August 12 through August 25, 1g68,
upon payment of �35.00 per hour less time required for resurfacing
the ice (approximately one—half hour) per session. The approximate
cost to the Ken Yackel Summer Hockey School for the above—stated
use of the Auditorium ice will be �4,410.00. The Ken Yackel Summer
Hockey School further agrees that during its use of the Auditorium
ice it will assume all liability arising from damage to person. or
property by reason of its use of said Auditorium ice during the
term of the agreement, and that it will save harmless the City of
Saint Paul from all claims or suits for damages to person or pro—
perty arising out of such use of the premises by the Ken Yackel
Summer Hockey School.
