RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and
equipment and servi_ces necessary to paint or repaint both the interior and exterior
and to repair interior platform of the St. Paul [n'ater Department Hazel Park 2 M. G.
Standpipe located between Cottage Avenue and Clear Avenue and east of Ruth Street,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, to ALLIED PROTECTIVE O�ATING,INC, for the contract price of
$13,464.00, in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid ��2790 of said Allied Protective Coating �Inc, such bid being the
lowest and said Allied Protective Coating�Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
