WHER�AS, The final costs for the construction of a Sewer
Revision in the intersection of Brown and Baker Streets, Comptroller�s
Contract L-6918, have been determined, and
WHER�AS, Upon final allocation of funds f rom which the above
improve%ent was to be paid, it was found that the amount
originally set up f or its financing is insufficient to meet the final
costs and that an additianal amount of $6,217.99 will be required;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the amount of $6,217.99 be applied f rom 1968
City�s Share of Local Ia�provement �nd code 0920-701 to finance the
additional cost of the above improvement.
