WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul is informed by the
Commissioner of Public Safety that a nuisanee exists on the property
located at 537 W. Central Avenue in the City of Saint Paul (for which
the owner is Danald Allen, 1088 N. Dale Stre�t), which nuisance constitutes
a hazard to the public health, welfare and safety; a�d
WHEREAS, Such auisa�ce more particularly c�sists of an accumulation
of fire debris and rubbish, which harbors rodents, vermin, a�d other
noxious animals and things; �d
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sectian 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul, and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Le�i.slative Code 24 hours'
gotice has been given to the owner, occupant, or agent of such property
demanding that such nuisance be removed;.now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Commissic�er of Public
Safety the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to sumn►arily
and forthwith remove the said nuisance, the cost of such removal to be
charged against Fund No. 0979; and be it �
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commissianer of Public Safety is directed
to ascertain the cost of such removal and to forFrard the sa�e to the County
Auditor o� or before Oetober 1 of the year i� which ascerta3.ned, for col-
le cti c�a in the s ame manne r as taxes against s ai d prope rty.
