REPORT TO COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 237000 approved Feb. 6th. 19 68
relative to reconstructinQ the sidewalk and revlacins� nortions of the walk with
integral curb and sidewalk on both sides of Universitv Ave. from Avon St. to Victoria
St and bv doin� all other work which is necessar�and incidental to comnlete said
imvrovement
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk �0�' _
wide and $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide., $1.10 per s
ft. for integral curb and sidewall� . �
2. A plan, proffle or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and mal ��� ,
part thereof. �
