RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
that certain Gooperation Agreement respecting Concord Terrace
Project Minn. R-37 between the Housing an.d Redevelopment
Authority of the Gity of Saint Paul, Minnesota, and the City
of Saint Paul and the Neighborhood House hereby is approved,
and the proper officers of the City of Saint Paul are hereby
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City; that a
copy of said proposed Gooperation Agreement approved by the
Corporation Counsel is incorporated herein an.d made part and
parcel hereof, all with the same intent, purpose and effect
as if set forth herein verbatim.

Minnesota, by its Resolution No. 58-2/28-5, approved and authorized the execueion
of a Cooperation Agreement anong the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Saint Paul, Minnesota; the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota; and the Nei�hbor-
hood House; and
. WHEREAS, a Neighborhood Facil.ity Grant has been approved by the Feder2i Govern-
ment with a total project development cost of Eight Hundred Forty-three Thousand,
Three Hundred Ten Dollars ($843,310.00) for the construction of a Neighbo:nood
Comnunity Center building; and
