�I�REAS, The Council of tY� City of Saint Paul, by its Resolution,
Council File No. 236726, adopted January 19, 1968, established a 60-day
enrollment period for solicitation of City employees under the City's
group health and welfare and insurance program; and
�4�ERE;AS, said 60-day period apparently v�3.11 not afford sufficient
time for the solicitation agency to adequately meet with and explain the
program to all City employees; and
W�REAS, all of the City group health and welfare insuranee
carriers have indicated agreement to extension of sueh period through the
end of Mareh;
Now, Therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Pau1. hereby
extends said solicitation period throu�h March 31, 1�68.
