WHEREAS, Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, 3001 Fourth Street S.E., Minneapolis, MN 55414, is the owner and developer of
the property on the east side of Hazelwood Street, between Ames Avenue and the railroad right-of-way, described on the following
"Attachment A";
WHEREAS, the property is being developed with twenty-three (23) single family homes;
WIIEREAS, the site provides insufficient public street frontage to allow for twenty-three (23) addresses on Hazelwood Street;
WEIEREAS, the developer is conshucting a private street as shown on "Attachment A" to provide access to the homes;
WHEREAS, the developer wishes to name this private street as Geimain Landing and have his homes addressed off this street; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the private street as shown on "Attachment A," shall hereafrer be lmown and designated as GERMAIN
LANDING and shall remain a privately owned street; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Deparhnent of Public Works shall issue house numbers for the homes using Germain Landing as the
designated street name; and be it fur[her
RESOLVED, that the developer and/or their successors in interest shall install and maintain house numbers on the homes in
accordance with Chapter 71 of the Saint Paul Legislafive Code; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the developer and/or their successors in interest shall conshuct and maintain the proposed private sheet, at their
own cost and expense, and conrinue to maintain in a clear and unobstructed manner to provide access for all vehicular traffiq
including emergency services vehicles; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the developer and/or its successors in interest shall construct and maintain at their own cost and expense the
necessary signing of the private street, to be lrnown as Geimain Landing, to the satisfacrion of the Department of Public Works.
