WHEREAS, Registered Bill No. 3-5605 has been issued in the
amaunt of $309.80 and a dispute exists as to the amount of damage caused
the City, and both the C3ty and the parties involved are desirous of
resolving their differences; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers axe authorized to accept
$275.00 in full campromise settlement of the bill and to cancel the balance.
