WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has a vacancy for a Civil
Engineer, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works and the Civil Service Bureau
has not been able to fill the Vacancy from the available qualified
personnei in the local area, and �
WHEREAS, a Mr. William J. Mandry of Boulder,Colorado will be
interviewed by the Department of Public Works for this posltion; now
therefore be it`
RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes the reimbursement
of all pocket expenses incurred by Mr. William J. Mandry in connection
with an interview that w� ll serve the best interest of the City of St.
Paul and be it further�
RESOLVED, that the total amount ta be paid to Mr. William J.
Mandry in no event shall exceed the sum of $150.00 to be paid fror�
Engineer's Budget Fund 0201-204.
