$2 ,126 .25 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of ''his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his in-
jury of September 5 , 1965 , while in the employ of the
Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, whereby he
suffered a 17.5� permanent partial disability to the left
shoulder; and that $2 ,126 . 25 is now due and payable.
